Shawn R. Jackson has earned the highest levels of certifications from Pfaff and Baby Lock. He is stage current for the latest certifications and for all models Baby Lock and Pfaff manufacture, as well as having decades of experience with all makes and models of any brand of sewing machine. As an authorized Baby Lock and Pfaff dealer, he attends all training, conventions, and seminars to keep current and on the cutting edge of technology.

 

 

Service policy

 

With 25 years of service experience on all makes and models — both old and new — machines brought in for servicing are worked in the order they are received. Therefore, turn around times vary according to workload. All work is done in house, nothing is sent out, and Sewing Machine Mart guarantees all work.
